The inverter compressor adjusts its speed based on the temperature you set — so you get steady cooling or heating with less power use and longer battery runtime.
The Electronic Expansion Valve automatically controls refrigerant flow based on temperature and pressure — giving you faster, more precise cooling and heating while using less battery power.
The dedicated controller runs smart algorithms to coordinate all components, ensuring efficient, powerful cooling and heating in every condition.
Brushless DC fans on both the condenser and evaporator — providing powerful, quiet airflow with low energy use and extended lifespan.
The twin rotary inverter compressor gives you high-efficiency cooling and heating with faster response, less vibration, and lower power use — so you stay comfortable longer without draining your battery.
The reverse-cycle heat pump delivers strong, energy-efficient heating in cooler weather — keeping you warm without propane when temperatures are above 36°F.
Large, multi-layer copper tube condenser — 2 layers on the 12V model and 3 layers on the 110V — designed to match each system’s power level. The added layers improve heat exchange, allowing stronger, more efficient cooling and heating.
Glacier Pro’s large outdoor unit provides more space for an oversized evaporator, enhancing heat transfer and boosting performance by up to 10%.
500 m³/h brushless dual centrifugal blower deliver stronger airflow for better cooling and heating efficiency.
Twin rotary design reduces internal vibration, giving you quieter, smoother performance and a more comfortable RV environment.
Dual centrifugal blower with brushless DC motor delivers powerful, quiet airflow with lower energy use — ideal for off-grid comfort.
Sealed air box with separated airflow paths reduces turbulence and noise — giving you quieter, smoother airflow in your RV.
The ABS chassis is reinforced with 30% more internal keel coverage across all areas, increasing strength and reducing flex — for better durability on rough roads and long-term off-road reliability.
Glacier Pro uses UV-stabilized ABS for the chassis, cover, and panel — including the black shroud — to resist heat, sun, and impact without warping or melting.
Upgraded spring-supported mounts absorb road bumps and reduce compressor vibration to your RV — for quieter, smoother performance on rough terrain.
The fully sealed evaporator cycles only internal air, keeping out dust and debris — ideal for desert trips, forest roads, and dusty campgrounds.
Auto-swing outlet distributes air more evenly across your space, improving comfort without constant manual adjustment.
Infrared remote control with Turbo, Eco, Sleep, Fan, and Heating modes for easy, flexible comfort control.
The touch panel on the air box provides easy access to frequently used functions — perfect for quick adjustments without the remote.
Dual LED night lights offer gentle visibility at night without disturbing your rest.

Note: Most starter batteries can’t handle the continuous 62A (@12V) draw in Turbo mode. Use a LiFePO₄ battery with a 100A+ BMS or a 1000W+ AC-to-DC converter connected to your power station’s AC output for stable voltage and reliable, worry-free comfort.
Please ensure your roof opening dimensions are within the following parameters:
Also fit 14.1 x 14.1 inch rooftop cutouts, ideal for most RVs, vans and campers.
Beautiful well made unit. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Instructions are fairly straightforward, mounting is the most challenging in my 2021 Keystone Cougar 26RBS Travel Trailer due to the arched roof and thickness of it. I know this is designed for vans and trucks but OutEquip really needs to develop mounting/gasket hardware kit for arched roofs. Also, the face of the control unit is 1/2" shy of flush with the interior ceiling, preventing access to the horizontally installed filter. Formulating my plan for making it work.
We have been full timing in our rv since 2022. Decided to change 3 months ago our 2 Dometic 15000BTU 120V AC for 2 Outequip 11500BTU 12V heat pump. Mostly because we boondock and travel internationally with it. So we needed to make the batteries count and 12V is way better than 120V equipment long term. We were concerned about purchasing Outequip products, but getting a heat pump for the price they sell them, it is quite a deal. We wanted to wait to test them like we have done with every other 12V equipment we have used to replace most everything 120V. We do not usually write reviews and doubt the 5 start reviews we come across. All these being said, the ACs came extremely well packed, we had them in a couple days and even the FedEx guy dumped them on the floor while carrying them to our rig. No problem, these packing could take that and more. On the third day we contacted their tech service with a few questions. We were concerned about the 28’ that the back AC had to be placed to our battery bank. 24 hrs later we had all our answers and in addition they had calculated for us how many feet of cable we needed to add to a shortened version of the their cable. They told us what type and the gage of the cable we needed to use. Where to place the bussbar. What terminals to use size and recommended model. Best practices and options to everyone of their recommendations. These people where with us at every step of the way and answered in a very professional manner every question no matter how ridiculous it would be. We must have talked to at least 4 different technicians, they had access to all our conversations with each one on hand when we contacted to them. We did not have to repeat the same thing to any of them they knew what was said before by the team and that made for a flawless, organic communication. We were not only super impressed, but extremely grateful. It is important for you to know, that we have not received anything from anyone from Outequip. We have composed this review because this company is way ahead of most of the others we have dealt with up to now. Not only are they selling a good product, with both of our ACs working mostly as heat pumps, providing heat without any problems for the last three months. But also providing an excellent service. Best regards to all of you and God speed in all your adventures.
Did an install on a cube van being used for animal rescue in Southern Cali. Work went for a good cause, so we donated a 160 BIM and any and all extra labor to their cause.
Installed and tested and it is the very perfect fit for what we installed.
We've had this running for about a week now and so far it's working wonderfully the remote could us3 some lighting so you could see the buttons, this is installed in a 5th wheel bedroom and the depth of the unit from roof to ceiling is to short and you can not remove the filter out the side as designed dropping it out the bottom would be better. The unit cools very well and doesn't use much power. We have a second one ordered for the main area and can't wait to go boondocking.
I had purchased the wrong unit and they were very gracious in facilitating my return.
