However, customers who do not have a PayPal account can still pay using a credit card through PayPal's secure payment processing system. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method immediately upon order confirmation.

Shipping and Taxes

We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. The estimated delivery time and tracking information will be provided upon order confirmation. In the event of delays or unforeseen circumstances impacting shipment, we will do our best to inform you. As all orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, there are no import taxes or related fees imposed on customers. 

Refunds and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the return is initiated by the customer due to reasons such as no longer needing the item, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with a non-defective product, then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs by emailing a prepaid shipping label to the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items. 

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. For such cases, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
