Coverage Summary
OutEquipPro warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase when used under normal conditions and according to the product manual. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, OutEquipPro will, at its sole discretion, provide parts for repairs or offer a replacement product if the defect cannot be resolved.
Warranty Coverage Details
This warranty covers:
- Defects in Workmanship or Materials: Any failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Replacement: OutEquipPro will provide the necessary replacement parts or new replacement units to resolve covered defects.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

- Installation not following OutEquipPro's guidelines or improper mounting on incompatible vehicles.
- Issues caused by incorrect electrical connections or power supply.

Environmental or External Factors:
- Damage caused by storms, floods, lightning, or other acts of God.
- Corrosion or damage from chemical exposure.

Modifications or Unauthorized Repairs:
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed with non-OutEquipPro parts or by unauthorized individuals.

Normal Wear and Cosmetic Issues:
- Fading, scratches, dents, or noises that do not affect the unit's functionality.
- Normal wear on consumable parts like filters.

Shipping Damage:
- Any damage not reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Items Purchased from Unauthorized Resellers: Products purchased from third-party sellers who are not authorized by OutEquipPro.
- Items That Have Been Refunded: Products that have been fully refunded are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Lost or Stolen Products: OutEquipPro will not cover products that have been lost or stolen.
- Free Products: Products given for free or as part of a promotional offer are not covered by this warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure coverage under this warranty, customers must:
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Retain the original sales receipt or invoice as evidence of the purchase date.
- Report Issues Promptly: Notify OutEquipPro of any defects or malfunctions within the warranty period.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Follow maintenance instructions provided in the user manual to ensure proper performance.

- Product Replacement: For severe defects that cannot be resolved through parts replacement, OutEquipPro will provide a new replacement product.
