At OutEquipPro, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality air conditioning, heating, and power solutions for your adventures. Our products include air conditioners, air heaters, water heaters, lithium batteries, and solar generators. This limited warranty outlines your rights and our responsibilities.


Part A — Limited Warranty (Air Conditioners, Air Heaters, Water Heaters)

Coverage Summary

OutEquipPro warrants that our air conditioners, air heaters, and water heaters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original delivery to the original consumer purchaser, when used under normal conditions and according to the product manual. This warranty is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, OutEquipPro will, at its sole discretion, provide parts for repair or replace the product if the defect cannot be resolved.


Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty covers:

  1. Defects in Workmanship or Materials: Failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.
  2. Replacement: Necessary replacement parts or a replacement unit if a covered defect cannot be remedied by parts.

Extended Warranty Option (RV climate systems)

Extended Limited Warranty (2 Years). For eligible purchases, OutEquipPro offers an additional two (2) years of limited warranty coverage for air conditioners, air heaters and water heater. The plan must be purchased within thirty (30) days of delivery. The extended plan follows the same terms, exclusions, responsibilities, and limitations as the standard one-year warranty.

This plan does not apply to lithium batteries or solar generators.

What This RV Climate Systems Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Improper Use or Installation:
    • Installation not following OutEquipPro guidelines or mounting on incompatible vehicles/structures.
    • Incorrect electrical connections or power supply.
  2. Environmental or External Factors:
    • Damage caused by storms, floods, lightning, or other acts of God.
    • Corrosion or chemical exposure.
  3. Modifications or Unauthorized Repairs:
    • Alterations, modifications, or repairs with non-OutEquipPro parts or by unauthorized parties.
  4. Normal Wear and Cosmetic Issues:
    • Fading, scratches, dents, or noises that do not affect functionality.
    • Normal wear on consumables (e.g., filters).
  5. Shipping Damage:
    • Any damage not reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
  6. Unauthorized Resellers / Refunded / Lost or Stolen / Free Products:
    • Items from non-authorized sellers, fully refunded items, lost or stolen goods, and free/promotional products.

Customer Responsibilities (RV Climate Systems)

To ensure coverage under this warranty, customers must:

  1. Provide Proof of Purchase: Original sales receipt or invoice showing delivery date.
  2. Report Issues Promptly: Notify OutEquipPro within the warranty period; respond to diagnostic requests (photos/videos).
  3. Perform Routine Maintenance: Follow the user manual’s maintenance instructions.

Warranty Service Process (RV Climate Systems)

To request service:

  1. Contact Support:

    • Include proof of purchase and a description of the issue (photos/videos may be requested).
  2. Resolution Options:
    • Parts Replacement: No-cost replacement part(s) with self-service instructions when feasible.
    • Product Replacement: If parts cannot resolve a covered defect.

Limitations and Disclaimers (RV Climate Systems)

  1. No Labor Cost Coverage:
    • Customers are responsible for labor associated with installation, removal, or service.
  2. No Incidental or Consequential Damages:
    • OutEquipPro is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, loss of use), to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Implied Warranties:
    • Any implied warranties are limited to the one-year duration for air conditioners, air heaters, and water heaters, to the extent permitted by law.
  4. State-Specific Rights:
    • You may have other rights that vary from state to state; some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages.

Part B — Limited Warranty (Power Products: Lithium Batteries & Solar Generators)

Coverage Summary (Power Products)

OutEquipPro warrants that our lithium batteries and solar generators will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original delivery to the original consumer purchaser, when used under normal conditions and per the product manual. This warranty is non-transferable.

During the applicable period, OutEquipPro will, at its sole discretion, repair with new or refurbished parts, replace with a new or functionally equivalent unit, or provide a refund (partial or full) upon return, in accordance with applicable law.


Battery Performance & Capacity Retention

For lithium batteries, capacity loss due to normal aging is expected. A covered defect includes a verified capacity drop to below 70% of the original rated capacity within the warranty period when tested under standard conditions specified in the manual. Diagnostic data (e.g., onboard BMS reports) may be required to evaluate capacity.


Service Territory & Method (Power Products)

Warranty service is coordinated by OutEquipPro in the United States. For U.S. customers, service is typically provided via mail-in or parts shipment with instructions. For customers outside the U.S., service options may be available; however, international shipping, customs duties/taxes, and related costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Turnaround time may vary based on location and parts availability.


What This Power Products Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual capacity loss within expected limits.
  • Misuse, neglect, accidental damage, fire/water ingress, or operation outside specified temperature ranges.
  • Overcharge, deep discharge, short circuit, incorrect charger/inverter settings, or use with incompatible third-party equipment.
  • Unauthorized modifications, BMS/circuit tampering, or opening the enclosure.
  • Installation or use contrary to the manual, including inadequate ventilation or improper mounting.
  • Electromagnetic interference environments or unstable power sources causing damage.
  • Improper packaging for return shipments.
  • Products from unauthorized resellers, lost/stolen items, free/promotional units, or items whose warranty period has expired.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase and, when requested, serial numbers and diagnostic data.

Customer Responsibilities (Power Products)

To obtain service, customers must:

  1. Provide Proof: Original proof of purchase and product identifiers (e.g., serial number).
  2. Follow Procedures: Contact support for problem determination and follow packaging/shipping instructions when mail-in service is required.
  3. Use Approved Equipment: Charge and operate the product within the specifications stated in the manual.

Warranty Service Process (Power Products)

    • Include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, photos/videos, and any requested diagnostic logs.
  2. Remedies (at OutEquipPro’s discretion):
    • Repair with new or refurbished parts.
    • Exchange with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better functionality.
    • Refund (partial or full) upon return of the product.

Limitations and Disclaimers (Power Products)

  1. No Labor Cost Coverage:
    • Customers are responsible for labor associated with removal/re-installation, and for any non-warranty diagnostics.
  2. No Incidental or Consequential Damages:
    • OutEquipPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, loss of business), to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Implied Warranties:
    • Any implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty duration, to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Statutory Rights:
    • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
