Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on all our air conditioners and diesel air heaters.

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, encompassing various components critical to the functioning of our air conditioners and diesel air heaters. For our air conditioners, this includes, but is not limited to, the compressor, condenser, evaporator, motor, and other essential parts. In the case of our diesel air heaters, coverage extends to components such as the chamber, oil pump, fans, and other integral elements. If any of these parts become defective under normal use within 1 year from the purchase date, we promise to replace them free of charge.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation or maintenance.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures beyond the specified operating range.
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Consumable parts, including filters.
• Damage caused by power surges or other electrical disturbances.

Claim Process:

To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the situation.

Transferability:

Please note that these warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and do not transfer if the product is resold or given away.
