I recently purchased the 110V RV Air Conditioner with Heat Pump from OutEquipPro, and I am impressed with both the product and the company’s support team. I looked around for the lowest power 110V system I could find, so that I could power it off of a Jackery 1000. Have recently upgraded to a Jackery 3000 and I get even more run time.

The system was easy to install with the provided videos and instructions on my Ram ProMaster 2014. I cut the hole in the roof and in the interior paneling, and it all came together. When I needed help with specific questions related to my van and unit, Michael at customer service was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I had a minor issue with my control board and the company immediately sent me a new one.
Once installed, the AC has been working great. It cools effectively, runs reliably, and is a solid unit overall. The unit went on sale after I purchased it, and the OutEquipPro even updated the price for me.

What really stood out was their professionalism and care throughout the process. That level of support is rare these days.
