Cold Air That Held Up Across Very Different Summers
Tommy installed the OutEquipPro 12 V AC in his Sprinter van, the Vansion, to add dependable off-grid cooling. Over the next 12 months, the van traveled through the dry summer heat of Moab, Utah, the hot and muggy nights of Alabama, and other conditions in between.
A particularly demanding test came on the Gulf Coast, where conditions reached 100°F with 100% humidity. The unit kept the van's interior cool and comfortable. One year after installation, it was still blowing ice-cold air as well as it did when new.
Quiet Cooling Without Losing the Outdoor Experience
The AC made the van comfortable without taking over the space with compressor noise. Tommy describes it as whisper quiet, a level that still let him hear the sounds outside while escaping the summer heat.
